9. PICTURE FIELDS
At the top right-hand corner of the OVERVIEW layout (Fig. 2.1) there are some small coloured rectangles about 6 x 5 mm in size. These are markers to indicate whether there are any pictures associated with the record concerned. If a small picture appears there, then a larger image can be seen by moving the entire screen to the right, using the slider bar at the bottom of the screen. These pictures are drawn from the Vocabs Pix related database.

There can be up to six pictures, as the mini pictures in a record in the TASMANIAN database indicate.

Moving the screen image to the right reveals all six pictures in question, in a larger size:
